Returns & refunds
If your tumbler is not everything you hoped for, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Message us through the Keep connected page to start a return.
Product care
Hand-wash your tumbler with warm, soapy water and let it air-dry. Avoid dishwashers, microwaves and abrasive scrubbers to protect the ceramic lining and the rose-gold finish.
Warranty
Every savor tumbler is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
